<p>The diet / meal plan featured in this video is 6 meals, spread out over every 2-3 hours as follows:</p>
<p>6:30 &#8211; Morning Pre-Workout Shake &#8211; 2 scoops of designer whey protein mixed with water and a half of banana</p>
<p>7:15 &#8211; Workout (1 hour)</p>
<p>8:45 &#8211; Post-workout breakfast of 6 egg whites plus one yolk, 3/4 cup oatmeal (measured uncooked), 20 pieces of pecans, one slice of toasted Ezekiel bread with a tbsp. of grape jam, one cup of coffee with 2/% milk.</p>
<p>12:30 &#8211; Lunch: 4-6 ounces of lean protein (grilled chicken, fish or lean beef or turkey burger), big portion of fibrous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus) and 1 cup of brown rice or other COMPLEX carb. Water.</p>
<p>3:30 &#8211; Shake &#8211; 2 scoops of designer whey protein mixed with water and a teaspoon of Smucker&#8217;s natural peanut butter</p>
<p>6:30 &#8211; Dinner: Repeat lunch meal. Smaller portion of carbs.</p>
<p>9:45 &#8211; Shake &#8211; 2 scoops of designer whey protein mixed with water and a teaspoon of Smucker&#8217;s natural peanut butter.</p>
<p>-No bread other than my post-workout meal<br />
-No soda<br />
-No juice unless you want a little right after your workout<br />
-No sweetened drinks at all unless you want a sports drink DURING your workout.<br />
-No other snacks! I mean it. If you want to get in shape, you have to just create an eating schedule and stick to it. No mindless munching on anything else.</p>
<p>Two &#8220;come clean&#8221; truths:</p>
<p>1 &#8211; I DO often have ONE square of 85% cacao dark chocolate as a treat on any day that I feel I MUST have something sweet.</p>
<p>2 &#8211; I do drink red wine with dinner. Red wine has benefits but it also is a source of sugar. You&#8217;ll get a six pack faster if you skip all alcohol.</p>
<p>To lose weight and lose fat and get that beach body, bikini booty, sexy back and buns and even strong muscular arms, you have to eat. <p>I&#8217;m not going to lie, I am drunk right now. Like anything else, its all about self control. Looks like I up. *Fall down* The real reason alcohol can be bad is when you drink for the wrong reasons. If you are a sappy that likes to get his drink on, that ain&#8217;t for you. If however you are sharing a glass of wine in celebration, you are alright.</p>
<p>Here Are the People Who Have NO Business Getting Slizethered on a Saturday Night</p>
<p>Those who struggle with weight loss- Alcohol is liquid calories and they&#8217;ll interfere with your fat loss systems<br />
Women- You need to eat fewer calories and the mixed drinks you order probably contain more calories than your actually diet!</p>
<p>Everyone else, you&#8217;re alright!</p>
<p>Alcohol actually is a calorie, it contains 7 calories per gram. Its kind of like a food and a drug at the same time. Its also regarded as a toxin in the body and </p>
<p>Now does alcohol destroy muscle? Yes in large enough doses. Over your body&#8217;s limit, so lets say over eight drinks a week can do that. Studies have also shown that excess drinking can lower Testosterone, and you don&#8217;t want that. </p>
<p> Moderation is fine, but I&#8217;m against heavy drinking for the main reason that you get STUPID when you get drunk. Everyone makes bad choices, whether its whats her name or that whole pizza you just ate. It also encourages dehydration. </p>
<p>The maximum you can consume is two drinks a day, with eight drinks maximum a week. For those with crazy fast metabolisms, alcohol won&#8217;t do as much damage. But if you get fat off of a Dairy Queen commercial, this is not for you. </p>
<p> Now if you have to get your drink on, follow these rules to stay awesome<br />
Here the guidelines when you drink<br />
1. Eat a balanced meal before you begin, this will slow down the absorption<br />
2. Stick with hard liquor and not mixed drinks that add up the calories<br />
3. Set up a limit in advanced on how<br />
4. Say you know Chef Buff, it&#8217;ll get you into every dive bar there is.</p>
<p> So remember, while everyone else gets sloppy, you&#8217;ll be getting strong. </p>
