How to get rid of fat cheeks. This is not a straight forward process, but can be done if the right advice is followed and correct techniques are carried out.
I have put together five tips on how to get rid of fat cheeks…..
1. Regular exercise and diet to lose your overall body fat. To lose fat in your facial area you need to exercise and diet correctly, this will ensure you lose fat from all over your body, including your fat cheeks.
2. Drink plenty of water. When those hunger pains start, drink a large glass of water. This can take away those urges to snack and will take the edge off those stomach pains. Also drinking water will help your digestion and keep you hydrated. If your not hydrated, your face can become bloated because it is retaining water.
3. Stay firm, some people really love these facial exercises, some people think it’s all a myth. Why not try it, what have you got to lose? There are a few recommended exercises but my favorite is to smile, suck in your cheeks. Hold this for around eight seconds then relax and repeat as you feel.
4. Growing old! Yes as you age your fat face will diminish, but you might have to weight a while! If you much younger, in your teens for example, having puppy fat or baby fat around the face is common. Start or stick to your exercise program and it will soon drop off, remember keep working on that overall body fat.
