no, white rice is what is called a prcessed carbohydrate. I'm not going to explain what that is as you can just look it up.
A better option if rice is what you want to eat would be brown rice…which is a non processed carb or complex carb

lifting weights is really beneficial for burning fat, because unlike cardio exercises when you stop working out, stop lifting weights your body is still working, burning fat and improving your metabolism….theres a lot of benefits from cardio exercise aswell..working your body in different ways…

I heard cardio doesn’t work so well. In fact, I heard it burns muscle more than anything. What I HAVE heard work is lifting weights. But that’s the extent of my knowledge and I have no idea how accurate it is. I hope you’re right because I typically spend an hour on the elliptical machine.

Hmm Thats Cardio fitness, it should do burn fat. I soppose its the same as running or cycling. remeber to exercise 60 to 80% of your maximum heart rate. Maximum heart rate is your age minus 220

working ur abs will make ur belly look even worse if ur not flat,because the muscles develop under the fat and give ur belly an in estetic look.First get rid of the fat,then work ur abs.just do more cardio than lifting till u get more slim , and then reverse,do more weight (muscle developing execrices) rathen than cardio.But keep in mind,it’s very important to do both

I tried not to eat sugar a lot and i was eating less food than before for about two weeks and a half when i realize that i have burned some belly fat but the other just stood there and besides what exercise i was doing (running, abs, arms) the belly fat which have been left wasn’t wasn’t decreasing …what should i do? i am working my abs for a long time but the results are few! i want to see my results …please tell me what to do!
