		<description>You&#039;ve got into a cycle of doing one kind of exercise, which means your body is used to it. Try varying the excercises you do, dont always doing 30 mins on the cross trainer, go on other things too, and do less time, or do that once a week. make it so that your body is &quot;surprised&quot; at the excercise your doing, as it makes you burn more calories, which is what yu need to do, in order to lose tummy fat. also do ab excerises to tone up, and eat healthily!!!

The first thing to note is that your &quot;fat&quot; is not the problem - in fact, chances are - it&#039;s the &quot;fat&quot; that&#039;s saving your life. 
 
That very simple statement is the reason why most &quot;fat diets&quot; don&#039;t work - because most of those diets are focusing on a short-term solution rather than a lifestyle solution. 
 
In general, fat serves to dampen the negative affects that acid has on the body.  Eating a diet with a high content of acidic foods will cause more fat - look to increase your alkalinity and watch the fat melt away! 
 
Additionally, adding some very specific mid section exercises will help tone your belly fat.  Some properly performed cardio will not only also help tone, but will increase your overall health and energy too.
